This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee the complete sales cycle, from generating leads to negotiating contracts and finalizing deals.
• Identify and engage potential healthcare clients, understand their requirements, and explain how Mandolin’s solutions provide value.
• Develop and enhance our sales strategies, messaging, and processes to boost pipeline growth and conversion rates.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, ensuring effective onboarding and long-lasting success.
• Collaborate closely with product, marketing, and customer success teams to synchronize sales initiatives with product development and market demands.
• Test various sales techniques, pricing strategies, and market segments to refine Mandolin’s go-to-market approach.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, ideally within the healthcare, health tech, or enterprise software sectors.
• Demonstrated history of achieving or surpassing sales targets in a dynamic startup environment.
• Strong consultative sales abilities with the capacity to manage complex, multi-stakeholder negotiations.
• Exceptional communication and storytelling skills, with a talent for simplifying technical concepts.
• A resourceful, entrepreneurial attitude—comfortable navigating uncertainty, experimentation, and iteration.
• Experience selling to healthcare organizations, providers, or payers is highly advantageous.
