This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Proactively engage healthcare professionals via outbound calls, emails, and on-site visits to create and close new business opportunities.
• Assist in formulating and implementing territory-specific strategies aimed at increasing market share and achieving sales objectives.
• Represent the organization at conferences, trade shows, DUTCH dinners, and regional networking events to enhance brand visibility and capture new leads.
• Conduct regular field visits (up to 4 days per week) to client locations to provide product education, collect feedback, and build long-term partnerships.
• Establish and maintain trust-based, consultative relationships with both new and existing clients through face-to-face interactions and consistent follow-up.
• Independently plan and optimize weekly territory routes to ensure comprehensive coverage and effective field engagement.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Clinical, Education, and Operations teams to guarantee that sales materials, kits, and programs meet client requirements and align with brand standards.
• Engage in collaborative initiatives and provide field intelligence to enhance internal processes and strategies.
• Gather and organize client documentation necessary for onboarding and account setup within the CRM database.
• Keep precise records of sales activities, field visits, customer interactions, and opportunities in the CRM.
• Generate reports by collecting and analyzing sales data; present insights and findings to leadership as required.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and sales metrics to assess personal performance and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Collaborate with the Director of Sales & Business Development to set and track departmental sales goals and plans.
• Assist in territory budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning efforts.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• A minimum of 3 years of outside B2B sales experience, ideally with a strong consultative or relationship-based sales approach.
• Familiarity with the healthcare industry and its terminology; ability to engage confidently with medical professionals (e.g., MDs, NDs, DCs, DOs, nutritionists, etc.).
• Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales quotas and manage a complete sales cycle, including lead generation, client meetings, closing, and post-sale follow-up.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; must be capable of explaining clinical or technical information clearly and persuasively.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word), CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), and virtual communication tools (Zoom, Teams).
• Ability and willingness to travel frequently within the assigned territory (up to 50%), including occasional overnight trips.
• Self-motivated with exceptional time management, organizational skills, and a disciplined, independent work ethic.
