This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Washington.
• Generate new revenue by promoting Enrich RCS Messaging solutions.
• Develop a strong pipeline of enterprise prospects.
• Inform the market about the advantages of rich conversational messaging.
• Substitute outdated SMS with reliable, branded, interactive mobile experiences.
• Oversee limited Enrich evaluations and proofs-of-concept to demonstrate performance metrics such as open, click, and response rates.
• Utilize Salesforce.com to oversee the pipeline and manage customer interactions.
• Deliver weekly updates featuring accurate reporting and forecasting of opportunities.
• Acquire in-depth knowledge of the A2P messaging landscape, CPaaS, RCS protocols, and competitor pricing.
• Effectively instruct prospects on how Enrich enhances business-to-consumer text communication.
• Align First Orion’s RCS capabilities with clients' current customer journeys and workflows.
• Channel market insights and feedback back to product management.
• Maintain and implement a strategic account plan.
• Cultivate and sustain relationships with various stakeholders across Marketing, Customer Care, and IT.
• Support the onboarding of new accounts, ensuring comprehension of RCS best practices.
• Existing knowledge of the A2P Messaging, SMS/MMS ecosystem, 10DLC, short codes, or emerging RCS standards.
• Previous experience in SaaS, CPaaS, digital marketing technology, or telecommunications sales with a demonstrated history of closing complex enterprise deals.
• Proficiency across the entire sales process, from conducting discovery calls on digital communication strategy to negotiation and closing.
• Highly articulate in speech and writing, capable of presenting technical messaging solutions to both technical and marketing-centric buyers.
• Ability to work collaboratively with sales engineers, product teams, and account managers to define custom RCS solutions.
• Exceptional time management skills and a determination to excel in a fast-paced, rapidly changing mobile technology market.
• Capability to reimagine a brand’s current static text alerts into vibrant, interactive conversational experiences.
• Comfort in utilizing analytics (delivery rates, conversion metrics) to create compelling business cases for potential buyers.
• Familiarity with one or more aggregator platforms (Twilio, Sinch, Infobip, Bandwidth).
