This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Perform in-home sales presentations utilizing pre-scheduled appointments or leads generated independently.
• Deliver tailored proposals that meet the customer’s energy requirements, financial objectives, and property details.
• Finalize agreements while representing the company professionally.
• Oversee your sales pipeline, follow up on leads, and maintain comprehensive records of customer interactions.
• Work collaboratively with appointment setters and project teams to facilitate seamless transitions from sale to installation.
• Consistently achieve or surpass monthly closing targets while ensuring a high sit-to-close ratio.
• Experience with CRM software such as Salesforce for lead management, tracking pipeline progress, and client follow-ups.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work autonomously, manage your own schedule, and remain accountable for performance targets.
• Analytical approach with the capability to evaluate customer needs, spot opportunities, and address objections effectively.
• Positive disposition, eagerness to learn, and self-driven motivation.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Dependable transportation for conducting in-home sales presentations.
• A laptop or tablet for delivering sales presentations to customers.
• Weekly base salary, driving reimbursement, and unlimited commissions!
