📋 Description

• Drive Sales – Enhance sales by delivering product training and demonstrations that showcase the value proposition, optimizing merchandising at the point of sale, creating promotional strategies, and offering sales support to both distributors and end-users.

• Build Relationships – Cultivate strong connections with key partners, including distributors and end-users, by providing customized sales training and event assistance.

• Analyze & Act – Track sales data, identify potential opportunities, and take proactive measures to improve performance.

• Market Knowledge – Gain in-depth knowledge of the market, including competitors, products, and applications to maximize sales opportunities in your region.

• Independent Success – Utilize your technical expertise, creativity, and problem-solving abilities to achieve sales targets while working autonomously following initial training.


⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in B2B, distributor, or dealer sales.

• More than 5 years of HVACR experience with a solid understanding of products and tools.

• Strong interpersonal skills for effective engagement with diverse teams and personalities.

• Willingness to travel up to 50% within AZ and NV, with approximately 35% of travel being overnight.

• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and influencing abilities.

• A valid driver’s license and the capability to transport heavy tools (up to 50 lbs.).

• A proactive, team-oriented individual with robust organizational and time management skills.
