This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Carolina.
• Develops and implements sales strategies for assigned accounts within a designated territory or region, as well as for new and emerging business opportunities, based on national and zone strategies.
• Compiles information from various internal and external sources to prepare and present engaging presentations.
• Gains insight into the segments where the company's customers operate, recognizing the distinct challenges each faces.
• Evaluates the financial impact of decisions on both the customer and the company.
• Drives the successful launch of new products through focused sales strategies and product introduction initiatives.
• Identifies and disseminates best practices within the sales team.
• Conducts gap and opportunity analyses, assessing financial implications using fundamental financial metrics.
• Proactively identifies and resolves execution issues or objectives before they escalate into problems.
• Collaborates with internal cross-functional teams and distribution partners.
• Works across various functions within the customer’s organization to develop mutually beneficial programs and solutions.
• Understands tactics related to the product portfolio and how they contribute to achieving company goals.
• Takes ownership of personal development, including onboarding, sales training, skill enhancement, and team training.
• Performs additional duties as assigned.
• Preferred Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3 to 4 years of sales experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Candidates must reside near Hilton Head, Savannah, or Charleston.
• Proficient in utilizing various technologies and tools, including the Microsoft Suite, virtual meeting platforms/web conferencing, and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce.com, PROs).
• Proven ability to leverage digital and remote selling techniques effectively.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to negotiate effectively.
• Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English is required.
• Bilingual or multilingual abilities are advantageous.
• Strong business management capabilities, including financial management skills and a strategic approach.
• Must be able to travel independently, possess a valid U.S./Canadian driver's license, and meet company driving standards.
