This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.
• Performs research to pinpoint potential clients within designated industries while maintaining an updated client database.
• Pursues leads to transform prospects into clients.
• Aids in identifying new market segment opportunities for operational service offerings.
• Engages in sourcing candidates through job advertisements, networking, and searching for talent in logistics, skilled trades, contact centers, hospitality, and retail sectors.
• Conducts thorough candidate screenings, interviews, and assessments to ensure alignment with the specific job requirements of clients for operational and contingent positions.
• Takes part in client meetings to review project details, candidate profiles, and search strategies.
• Offers interview preparation and coaching to candidates applying for operational roles, enhancing their presentation skills to potential employers.
• Communicates efficiently with team members to determine needs and assess alternative recruiting solutions within Operational Talent Solutions.
• Requires a broad conceptual understanding and experience in the relevant discipline.
• Increases knowledge of the company, its processes, and its customers.
• Completes structured work assignments that relate to the discipline.
• Applies existing policies, procedures, or instructions to address standard or routine problems.
• Receives guidance and direction from senior-level roles.
• Influences the quality of their own work and that of team members, adhering to established guidelines and policies.
• Communicates factual information of limited complexity to others in straightforward situations.
