This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Washington.
• Oversee and expand sales initiatives in Pharma, Biotech, Industrial, and Research sectors within the Seattle area.
• Deliver essential solutions to clients.
• Manage a diverse customer base across multiple markets within your territory.
• Identify and cultivate new client relationships.
• Engage in consultative selling, presenting products, and assessing customer needs.
• Formulate strategic business plans for territory sales growth.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers.
• A college degree or equivalent relevant experience is required.
• 3-5 years of experience in a complex sales setting.
• A demonstrable history of sales success that can be verified.
• Experience in business-to-business sales is essential, with preference for candidates with distribution experience and/or a scientific background.
• Outstanding communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.
• Capability to engage in business discussions with owners and decision-makers.
• Proficient in managing challenging situations and interactions.
• Ability to work autonomously and effectively manage time and territory.
• Willingness to travel to customer sites for 4 or more days each week.
