β€’ Proactive acquisition of customers within the designated territory.

β€’ Representing RRC as a rapidly growing leader in the industry at trade fairs and events.

β€’ In-depth comprehension of customer requirements, market trends, and sales potential to drive substantial growth.

β€’ Establish enduring relationships with both new and existing clients, maintaining engagement throughout their design cycle to ensure an exceptional customer experience.

β€’ Gain insights into the competitive landscape and communicate market intelligence.

β€’ Oversee your sales pipeline and optimize conversion rates.

β€’ Offer technical assistance to customers and channel partners.

β€’ Create regional sales strategies and multi-year demand forecasts.

β€’ Independently negotiate both technical and commercial agreements.

β€’ Leverage advanced tools such as CRM and MS Office to achieve peak efficiency.


⛳️ Requirements

β€’ A bachelor's degree in Business or a similar qualification.

β€’ Demonstrated success in a technical consultative sales position or related roles such as customer support or service in a pertinent B2B setting.

β€’ Exceptional communication and presentation abilities.

β€’ A strong intrinsic motivation and curiosity, facilitating continuous learning and improvement.

β€’ Exceptional skill in analyzing and understanding customer challenges, transforming unique selling propositions into effective solutions for clients.

β€’ A natural inclination to meet customers on-site, with the willingness and capacity to travel within your territory, attend national trade shows, and participate in semi-annual meetings at Corporate Headquarters in Homburg, Germany.
