This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oklahoma.
• Meeting and surpassing sales targets while expanding market presence.
• Overseeing the designated territory.
• Building profound and impactful business relationships founded on clinical knowledge and insights into market dynamics.
• Enhancing market share by securing new business in both potential and existing accounts, emphasizing market opportunities.
• Supporting sales achievements with a high level of clinical expertise and a comprehensive understanding of the evolving healthcare landscape.
• Evaluating and analyzing product and competitor trends along with market dynamics.
• Collaborating effectively and maintaining open communication with team members.
• Traveling within the territory, which may involve overnight stays and meetings that span several days.
• A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is mandatory.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales is essential.
• Proven expertise in product and disease state knowledge.
• A demonstrated history of top-tier sales performance, ideally ranking in the top 25% nationally.
• Experience in the Urology sector is preferred.
• Prior experience with a pharmaceutical launch is desirable.
• Familiarity with market access formulary positioning, incorporating both pull-through and push-through strategies is preferred.
• Must have the ability to operate a vehicle and hold a valid, current driver’s license.
• Willingness and ability to travel overnight when necessary (approximately 20%).
