
Territory Sales Manager – Southeast

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kansas, +3 more states.
• Identify, pursue, and secure new customers, applications, and use cases within the designated territory.
• Enhance existing accounts through a consultative selling approach, effective cost-benefit analysis, and clear value communication.
• Meet revenue objectives through disciplined management of the sales pipeline, accurate forecasting, and strategic territory planning.
• Develop and implement a growth strategy for the territory across all targeted verticals.
• Increase market share by converting competitive accounts utilizing a value-based selling methodology.
• Actively prospect in under-represented verticals such as grocery, CPG, logistics, retail, and others.
• Establish and maintain a robust pipeline that supports consistent achievement of quotas.
• Accurately project revenue and manage opportunities through structured sales processes.
• Maintain a consistent routine of outbound activities, including calls, visits, demonstrations, and proposal submissions.
• Forge strong, multi-level relationships with decision makers, influencers, and end users, leveraging internal leadership when necessary.
• Develop and implement strategic account plans aimed at retention, expansion, and long-term growth.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 2-3 years of B2B field sales experience required; 3+ years preferred.
• Proven success in consultative selling and relationship building.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
• Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred).
• Strong time-management skills with the ability to oversee a multi-state territory.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Willingness and ability to travel up to 50%, including air travel.
