This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Louisiana, +3 more states.
• Identify and cultivate business opportunities through inbound leads, referrals, networking, research, cold outreach, and industry events.
• Engage in face-to-face meetings with potential clients and existing customers.
• Take ownership of the complete sales process from initial contact to closing the deal.
• Keep precise, real-time records using Salesforce.
• Perform onsite sales visits and accurately collect field measurements.
• Consult with clients to assess their workspace requirements and propose suitable solutions.
• Serve as a communication link between clients and internal design teams throughout the process.
• A bachelor’s degree is preferred, or equivalent experience in the industry.
• A minimum of 1 year of outside B2B sales experience is preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to manage a multi-state sales territory effectively.
• Strong familiarity with CRM systems; experience with Salesforce is highly desirable.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
• A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel regularly.
