This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Dakota, +1 more state.
• Meeting sales targets and enhancing sales volume for Hoya Vision Care products within the designated territory.
• Expanding the network of Eye Care Professional (ECP) accounts.
• Boosting the business of existing ECPs and fostering customer loyalty.
• Implementing strategies, seeking new accounts, and achieving new business acquisitions.
• Overseeing the territory sales budget with a focus on sales volume and strategic initiatives.
• Creating new opportunities through account prospecting and generating new business through cold calling.
• Leveraging tools such as Sales Force and Power BI to efficiently plan and execute territory activities that drive sales.
• Developing and managing the customer pipeline to forecast future sales volume in collaboration with business partners.
• Enhancing customer loyalty by analyzing market trends, competitor activities, and customer demographics to identify opportunities and deliver value to clients.
• Providing training to both existing and potential accounts on Hoya Vision Care’s premium branded products and promotions.
• Preferred Bachelor’s degree.
• Proven sales achievements with 1 to 3 years of sales experience.
• Knowledge and experience in optics are beneficial for comprehending the intricacies of vision care.
• Proficient computer and presentation skills (Microsoft Suite).
• Must possess a valid driver’s license, valid auto insurance, and have access to a vehicle.
• Ability to regularly operate a vehicle for extended periods, traveling throughout the territory up to 90% of the time.
• Capable of driving for long durations under various conditions and spending significant time seated in the vehicle.
• Must maintain an acceptable Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) as per Hoya’s MVR policy, as driving is a core responsibility of the role.
• Flexible work schedules.
• Occasional travel outside the area and overnight trips.
