This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.
• Comply with all processes and protocols associated with the Tyler Union Safety Management Program.
• Follow company safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.
• Establish robust communication networks and relationships with distributors, engineers, and local governments.
• Direct sales efforts by analyzing current and prospective distributor volumes.
• Recommend products to clients based on their specific needs and preferences.
• Manage existing accounts and maintain regular communication with clients.
• Provide weekly reports to management that highlight market conditions.
• Safeguard the organization's integrity by keeping information confidential and exercising discretion, sound judgment, and professionalism.
• Concentrate on sales growth across multiple product lines.
• Contribute to increasing market share and volume by exploring and capitalizing on assigned opportunities.
• Keep an eye on competitors by collecting up-to-date marketplace information regarding pricing, products, delivery schedules, marketing strategies, etc.
• Engage in trade associations, including assisting with seminars, trade shows, and presentations.
• Maintain regular communication with the Regional Sales Manager to address needs and concerns within the territory and to facilitate resource allocation.
• Prepare pricing quotes or bids informed by knowledge of materials and the latest market conditions.
• Collaborate with the Project Manager to identify and prioritize significant projects within the region.
• Identify specification targets to manage in conjunction with the Sales Engineer.
• Resolve field issues and address potential product claims.
• Recognize potential new products necessary to meet market demands.
• Respectfully maintain all company property entrusted to you.
• Perform various other sales and service-related tasks as directed by management.
• A bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience, training, and education.
• Prior work experience in the waterworks industry is preferred.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the country as project and work responsibilities require.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-driven and assertive individuals who excel in a fast-paced environment.
• Capability to negotiate and close sales effectively.
• Financial and analytical aptitude along with strong presentation skills.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft products, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, is required.
