This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey, +1 more state.
• Accountable for meeting sales goals and increasing sales volume for Hoya Vision Care products within a designated territory.
• Acquire new Eye Care Professional (ECP) accounts while expanding the business of existing ECPs and enhancing their customer loyalty.
• Employs business insight to achieve or surpass set sales objectives.
• Builds customer relationships through a consultative approach to sales.
• Leverages corporate tools and applications to devise territory strategies and fulfill sales goals.
• Partners with Lab Associates and internal teams to ensure effective customer relations.
• Oversees the territory sales budget and manages expenses efficiently.
• Preferred Bachelor’s degree.
• Proven sales achievements with 1 to 3 years of sales experience.
• Knowledge of optical products and experience in the field are beneficial for grasping the intricacies of vision care.
• Proficient in computer and presentation tools (Microsoft Suite).
• Must possess a valid driver’s license, valid auto insurance, and have access to a vehicle.
• Able to operate a vehicle regularly for extended periods to travel within the territory, up to 90% of the time.
• Capable of driving for long durations under various conditions and spending significant time seated in the vehicle.
• Must maintain an acceptable Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) according to Hoya’s MVR policy, as driving is a critical function of the job.
• Candidates must reside within the Territory to be eligible for this position.
• Flexible work hours and occasional out-of-town and overnight travel are anticipated.
