
Territory Sales Manager – On Premise

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Accountable for executing field-level strategies with excellence and offering channel expertise.
• Oversee resources (POS & local budget) and assist with consumer events.
• Enhance brand visibility for the MJUS brand portfolio in on-premise locations.
• Actively manage distributor partnerships, planning/programming, and problem-solving related to the MJUS brand portfolio.
• Create local commercial strategies to elevate brand execution and perception in the market.
• Ensure superior retail execution is accomplished in key accounts.
• Develop the Jägermeister and Teremana business within their market, adhering to channel and brand standards.
• Conduct training sessions and tastings for staff at accounts.
• Leverage tools to analyze ROI and gain insights into the business.
• Maintain relationships with local distributors at the account level.
• 3 – 5 years of experience in Sales, ideally within the spirits and/or beverage sector, or any related educational and experiential combination; a college degree is preferred.
• Strong customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills (both written and oral).
• Demonstrated success in developing account strategies and executing them to drive outcomes.
• Openness to learning the Jägermeister sales approach.
• Excellent relationship-building abilities and a collaborative mindset.
• Detail-oriented and organized; exceptional time management skills and capacity to juggle multiple projects.
• Well-honed influence and negotiation skills; persistent and persuasive.
• Frequent travel within the designated territory is mandatory; must possess a valid driver’s license and vehicle for travel between accounts in the assigned area.
• Provide hands-on support for in-market execution, including POS assembly and setup.
• Capability to frequently lift, move, and arrange products & POS materials weighing up to 25 lbs.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
