Territory Sales Manager – West TX, Panhandle TX, New Mexico

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Meeting sales targets and increasing sales volume for Hoya Vision Care products within the designated territory.

• Acquiring new Eye Care Professional (ECP) accounts and expanding the business of existing ECPs.

• Providing an outstanding customer experience.

• Implementing strategies, prospecting accounts, and acquiring new business.

• Building customer relationships through a consultative sales approach.

• Using corporate tools and applications to strategize territory plans, document key activities, monitor outcomes, and reach sales goals.

• Collaborating with internal teams to enhance customer relations and achieve sales targets.

• Overseeing the territory sales budget, focusing on sales volume and strategic initiatives.

• Creating new business opportunities through account prospecting and acquisitions.

• Developing and managing a customer pipeline to forecast future sales volume.

• Keeping an eye on market trends, competitor actions, and customer demographics.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree is preferred.

• Proven sales achievements with 1 to 3 years of sales experience.

• Knowledge of optics and experience in the field are beneficial for grasping the complexities of vision care.

• Proficient in computer and presentation skills (Microsoft Suite).

• Must possess a valid driver’s license, current auto insurance, and have access to a vehicle.

• Able to operate a vehicle frequently for extended periods to travel within the territory, up to 90% of the time.

• Capable of driving for long durations in various conditions and spending considerable time seated in the vehicle.

• Must maintain an acceptable Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) in accordance with Hoya’s MVR policy, as driving is a critical job function.
