This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Engage consistently with customers, accounts, and advocacy groups to establish robust pipelines.
• Collaborate with Marketing to enhance market awareness.
• Support the patient journey by working closely with Patient Access, Customer Care, and Therapy Support Specialist teams.
• Collaborate effectively with the Product Development and Marketing teams to ensure a successful product launch.
• Identify and cultivate strong relationships with KOLs, titration partners, and accounts.
• Create scalable solutions through customer engagement to meet customer needs and encourage therapy adoption.
• Develop and manage targeted strategic territory plans to expand business and foster long-term partnerships.
• Exhibit effective and consistent communication skills through in-person meetings and video conferencing.
• Conduct territory business planning and forecasting focusing on specific physician and DME targets.
• Construct and maintain weekly, monthly, and quarterly business plans to be shared with leadership.
• Uphold a strong sense of urgency and accountability to the sales organization.
• Adapt to changing market dynamics and assess the effectiveness of sales strategies, costs, and outcomes to meet market needs.
• Perform regular sales forecasting, market analysis, and competitor research to identify risks, opportunities, and strategies for enhancing sales performance.
• Manage CRM administration.
• Organize, plan, and take part in customer education events.
• Meet territory sales targets in a high-growth startup environment.
• Demonstrate outstanding communication and problem-solving abilities.
• A minimum of 3 years of relevant business experience in B2B sales, preferably in the medical device industry.
• Prior experience in a startup setting is preferred but not mandatory.
• Previous experience in launching new products into the market.
• A bachelor's degree is preferred but not essential; relevant work experience may be accepted in lieu of a degree.
• Demonstrated excellence in all forms of communication, with proficiency in product and media presentations, including virtual sales calls.
• Self-motivated with a proven sales track record over several years.
• Results-driven with a focus on execution and accountability for continuous improvement.
• A collaborative team player with a strong work ethic and a proactive attitude.
• Willingness to travel throughout the territory as needed to achieve results.

• Base Pay: $90,000 annually + $120,000 commission.
• On-target earnings (OTE): $210,000 at plan.
