This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• You will be responsible for adeptly showcasing the innovative Dexcom product range and its associated digital ecosystem (including insulin pumps and more) to drive targeted revenue growth.
• You will actively advocate for the company's status as a market leader in continuous glucose monitoring (CGM).
• You will independently oversee a designated territory, managing sales planning, developing sales strategies, providing customer support, servicing diabetes specialty retailers, and acquiring new clients.
• You will be accountable for achieving and exceeding the revenue and KPI targets for your territory.
• You will effectively utilize our sales and marketing strategies to meet and exceed your territory objectives.
• You will identify market opportunities early and formulate targeted strategies for acquiring new customers in the CGM sector.
• You will manage the territory budget through careful expenditure control.
• You will independently plan and organize customer events, moderating and/or conducting them.
• You will collaborate across functions with Medical, Market Access, and Marketing teams.
• You will continuously observe the market and competitors.
• You will maintain professional relationship management with customer networks, decision-makers, and key opinion leaders within your territory.
• You will establish a robust healthcare network that includes diabetes specialty retailers, physicians, and other regional decision-makers.
• You are a sales professional with a demonstrable history of success in sales and new customer acquisition.
• You are proficient in CRM systems and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• You possess the capability to analyze market trends, assess competitors, and understand customer needs.
• Ideally, you have previous sales experience with local physicians, diabetologists, and diabetes specialty retailers in your region.
• Prior knowledge of diabetes management along with a solid understanding of CGM systems or other medical devices is preferred.
• You are fluent in German and have a good command of English.
• You hold a valid driver's license.
