This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.
• Propel revenue expansion, enhance market presence, and cultivate customer relationships in the Chicago and Milwaukee regions of the Central area.
• Strive for overall revenue performance within the designated territory and attain regional sales objectives.
• Formulate and implement strategic territory plans in line with company goals.
• Evaluate sales data, pipeline activities, and market trends to uncover growth prospects.
• Partner with key and strategic accounts while facilitating broader account coverage throughout the region.
• Travel across the region to engage with golf courses, retailers, fitting centers, academies, colleges, and partners.
• Establish and nurture relationships with essential customers and influencers.
• Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and training sessions effectively.
• Represent Revelyst Golf Technology at trade shows, demo days, tournaments, and regional events as required.
• Act as a regional liaison among sales, marketing, operations, other regional sales personnel, and leadership teams.
• Provide actionable market intelligence, competitive insights, and customer feedback.
• Ensure consistent brand messaging and execution throughout the territory.
• Maintain a precise and current sales pipeline utilizing CRM tools.
• Guarantee compliance with pricing policies, contractual obligations, and company standards.
• Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and updates to senior leadership.
• Analyze regional market dynamics, customer behaviors, and competitor activities.
• Suggest strategic adjustments to enhance market position.
• Report directly to the Regional Sales Director (Central).
• Over 5 years of experience in outside sales or territory management.
• Previous experience in leading, mentoring, or managing sales representatives is preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and presentation abilities.
• Demonstrated capability to drive revenue growth and oversee complex sales cycles.
• Willingness to undertake frequent regional travel, including overnight stays.
• Valid driver's license and ability to operate a vehicle safely.
• Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office or similar software.
• Experience in the golf industry (technology, equipment, or related sporting goods is highly preferred).
• Established network of golf professionals, course operators, retailers, or industry partners.
• Background in selling technical, data-driven, or performance-oriented products.
