This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oregon.
• Create and implement monthly, quarterly, and annual business plans for the territory to achieve and surpass revenue targets.
• Identify, assess, and secure new business prospects within:
• Integrated Delivery Networks (IDNs) and healthcare systems
• Hospitals and urgent care facilities
• Orthopedic practices and private clinics
• Physical therapy, occupational health, podiatry, and specialty care centers
• Third-party wholesale distributors
• Utilize GPO and payer contracts to enhance sales opportunities.
• Safeguard and expand current accounts while converting competitive business.
• Establish and nurture robust relationships with clinical and administrative stakeholders.
• Develop and implement strategic calling plans to achieve measurable outcomes.
• Deliver product presentations, in-services, and demonstrations employing consultative sales techniques.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries to ensure high satisfaction and retention rates.
• Employ CRM tools to oversee pipeline management, leads, and account activities.
• Optimize territory coverage efficiently to enhance productivity.
• Demonstrate responsible utilization of company resources.
• Offer guidance, coaching, and sales leadership to Associate Sales Representatives.
• Foster team development and promote a culture of collaboration and performance.
• Stay informed about healthcare regulations and reimbursement factors.
• Comply with company policies, compliance standards, and the code of conduct.
• Exercise professional judgment in all business dealings.
• Demonstrated history of success in healthcare sales.

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent industry experience is required.
• At least 3 years of outside B2B sales experience is necessary.
• Experience in orthopedic sales and Durable Medical Equipment (DME) is strongly preferred.
• Medical sales experience is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with healthcare reimbursement and third-party payers is preferred.
• A valid driver's license is required.
• A reliable vehicle and current automobile insurance are required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Working knowledge of CRM systems.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
