This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Austria.

📋 Description

• Conduct sales meetings to showcase Dexcom’s products and services to current and potential clients (including physicians, diabetes educators, and patients), to promote product sales and associated services.

• Provide education to physicians, nursing staff, and patients regarding the advantages and proper usage of Dexcom’s continuous glucose monitoring products.

• Establish and nurture relationships with physicians.

• Represent Dexcom at local, regional, and national diabetes conferences and exhibitions to present Dexcom products to patients and diabetes care partners.

• Execute business strategies and tactics to fulfill company objectives and personal targets.

• Complete assigned reports as required.

• Collaborate with both field and inside sales teams to achieve or surpass company goals.

• Local travel, including overnight stays, is mandatory.


⛳️ Requirements

• Previous sales experience is preferred.

• Language proficiency: fluent in German (both spoken and written) and at least a good command of English.

• Familiarity with diabetes products and therapies is beneficial.

• Proven success in past sales roles, demonstrated by strong performance, is advantageous.

• Must possess a comprehensive understanding of customer needs and be capable of stimulating, challenging, and driving innovative approaches to diabetes treatment.

• Able to execute sales strategies within a complex, multifaceted environment.

• Excellent interpersonal skills, strong communication and negotiation capabilities; team-oriented; able to utilize a consultative/conceptual sales approach.
