This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Engage consistently with customers, accounts, and advocacy groups to establish pipelines.
• Collaborate with Marketing to enhance market awareness.
• Assist in the patient journey by working alongside Patient Access, Customer Care, and Therapy Support Specialist teams.
• Partner with the Product Development and Marketing teams to ensure a successful product launch.
• Identify and cultivate robust relationships with KOLs, titration partners, and accounts.
• Create scalable solutions through customer engagement to meet their needs and promote therapy adoption.
• Develop and manage strategic territory plans aimed at business growth and establishing long-term partnerships.
• Exhibit effective and consistent communication skills through in-person meetings and video conferencing.
• Engage in territory business planning and forecasting by targeting specific physicians and DME.
• Construct and maintain weekly, monthly, and quarterly business plans for leadership review.
• Uphold a strong sense of urgency and accountability within the sales organization.
• Adapt to changing market dynamics by analyzing and evaluating the effectiveness of sales methods, costs, and outcomes to meet market demands.
• Conduct regular sales forecasting, market analysis, and competitor research to identify risks, opportunities, and strategies that enhance sales performance.
• Oversee CRM administration.
• Plan, coordinate, and participate in customer education events.
• Attain territory sales goals in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Show exceptional communication and problem-solving capabilities.
• 3+ years of relevant business experience in B2B sales, preferably in the medical device industry.
• Previous startup experience is preferred but not mandatory.
• Prior experience in launching new products to market.
• A bachelor’s degree is preferred but not essential; relevant work experience may be accepted in lieu of a degree.
• Proficiency in all forms of communication, with expertise in product and media presentations, including virtual sales calls.
• Self-motivated individual with a proven sales record over several years.
• Results-oriented with a focus on execution and accountability for continuous improvement.
• Team-oriented with a strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
• Willingness to travel throughout the territory as required to achieve results.

• Base Pay: $90,000 per year + $120,000 commission.
• On-target earnings (OTE): $210,000 at plan.
