This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oregon, +1 more state.
• Focus on identifying new accounts while also cross-selling and upselling to current clients.
• Provide service and maintenance for accounts and business relationships.
• Develop and enhance customer relationships.
• Drive sales growth within the designated territory.
• Deliver exceptional service to customers and seek out new accounts.
• Identify potential clients by visiting medical complexes and healthcare professionals.
• Recognize pharmacies and effectively convert their business to Medisca.
• Expand Medisca’s market share within existing accounts.
• Utilize current healthcare compounding prescribers effectively.
• Foster collaboration between physicians, pharmacists, and Medisca.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and track profit margins.
• Assess territory trends to uncover new opportunities.
• Follow up with clients regarding sales and product availability.
• Actively check in with clients to ensure they receive full support.
• Generate sales from both inactive and new customers.
• Conduct cold calls to potential customers.
• Open new accounts and assist with the onboarding process.
• Collaborate effectively with the Account Executive.
• Travel for client meetings, trade shows, training sessions, etc.
• A college or university degree is required.
• A background in Sales or Science is advantageous.
• Experience as a pharmacy technician, knowledge of compounding, or representation in the pharmaceutical industry is preferred.
• Proven experience in a sales role.
• Demonstrated skills in identifying opportunities, forming strategies, and closing sales.
• Strong organizational, time management, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent communication and listening abilities; fluency in English (both written and oral) is a must.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Teams, and Outlook) is necessary.
