Regional Field Sales Manager – Schleswig-Holstein, Hamburg

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• You will independently oversee a specific sales territory.

• You will cultivate and enhance relationships with electrical wholesalers, installers, planners, and other key stakeholders.

• You will be tasked with the acquisition, consultation, planning, execution, monitoring, and follow-up of lighting projects.

• You will implement sales strategies and strive to meet sales objectives.

• You will assist in customer retention efforts through training sessions, trade shows, and events, while also analyzing market trends and competitor activities.

⛳️ Requirements

• You hold a technical or commercial vocational training certificate or a university degree.

• You have several years of experience in field or inside sales within a related industry, such as electrical wholesale or three-tier distribution.

• Familiarity with lighting technology is a plus.

• You work autonomously while being team-oriented.

• Strong negotiation skills, along with effective communication and presentation abilities, round out your qualifications.

• You are proficient in MS Office and CRM systems.
