This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.
• Develop and realize the annual sales forecast and expense budget.
• Proactively seek and secure new sales opportunities while supporting customers in expanding their targeted business.
• Organize activities, manage accounts and contacts, identify and monitor opportunities, handle leads, and relay important information.
• Aid in resolving disputes by addressing concerns from store associates or management.
• Provide expertise in products and solutions, including training customer sales associates on effectively selling JW products and/or services.
• Concentrate efforts on high-impact selling activities to enhance sales efficiency and productivity.
• Assist Customer Support teams by conducting necessary inspections and basic repairs.
• Oversee customer merchandise teams by fostering and strengthening relationships.
• Manage stock mix with a focus on the right assortment, sales velocity, safety, and best practices.
• Recommend enhancements or changes to the assortment.
• Stay informed about each store’s current sales figures and be ready to present at regular staff meetings.
• An Associate degree (A. A.) or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school; or at least two years of relevant sales experience and/or training, preferably in the window and door industry; or a comparable combination of education and experience.
• Ability to interpret blueprints and knowledge of performing window and door takeoffs is preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Customer Relationship Management Software, Electronic Pricing Catalogue, Other Electronic Pricing Methods (MQS/M2O, etc.), Expense Reporting Program, and Internet Web Browsers.
• Willingness to travel in support of sales, training, and service management; some overnight travel is required.
