This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey.
• Accountable for meeting sales targets and increasing sales volume for Hoya Vision Care products within a designated territory.
• Provide an outstanding customer experience by acquiring new Eye Care Professional (ECP) accounts and expanding existing business.
• Implement strategies, engage in account prospecting, and drive new business development.
• Build customer relationships utilizing a consultative sales methodology.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure effective customer relations and the attainment of sales goals.
• Enhance customer loyalty and assist ECPs in improving their clients' experiences.
• A Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Proven sales achievements with 1 to 3 years of sales experience.
• Familiarity with optical products and experience is beneficial for navigating the intricacies of vision care.
• Proficient in computer and presentation skills (Microsoft Suite).
• Must possess a valid driver's license, valid auto insurance, and have access to a vehicle.
• Able to frequently operate a vehicle for extended periods to travel throughout the territory, up to 90% of the time.
• Must maintain an acceptable Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) according to Hoya’s MVR policy, as driving is a critical function of the role.
• Willingness to adapt to flexible work schedules and occasional travel outside the area, including overnight stays.
• Candidates must reside within the Territory to qualify for this position.
