This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Oversee the front-line sales representatives
• Identify and create sales opportunities
• Propel the sales of products, systems, and services to various customer segments
• Enhance client satisfaction
• Cultivate customer relationships by coordinating and attending trade shows, seminars, and other events
• Educate clients on Resideo products through technical presentations
• Manage, sustain, and report on opportunity status utilizing our customer relationship management system
• Examine competitive intelligence and market trends
• Collaborate with Sales Inventory Operations Planning (SIOP) to strategically align sales representatives with customer accounts
• Stimulate business growth by organizing large-scale client and customer events
• Deliver value by steering your team's strategic initiatives
• Bachelor's degree with extensive experience, or advanced professional certification along with substantial experience in the field
• Exceptional organizational and project management abilities
• Capability to direct, lead, and inspire others
• Strong understanding of business drivers
• Ability to navigate complex situations
