This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Represent, promote, and sell Cultured Stone™, Eldorado Stone™, Stonecraft™, and Dutch Quality™ within the designated territory while collaborating with team members to meet sales targets in Westlake Stone's specified segments.
• Create and sustain territory plans to fulfill company and regional objectives.
• Organize demonstrations, training sessions, and events with architects, builders, contractors, and distributors.
• Schedule and engage in local trade association events and trade shows.
• Collaborate effectively with the Regional Sales Leader, other Area Sales Managers in the region, and additional Westlake sales personnel for the success of our One Company initiative.
• Oversee key metrics such as forecasts and budgets, and monitor financial performance including gross margin and sales revenue in the respective territory and region.
• Analyze data from lead generation, industry and market reports, research, and other relevant factors.
• Suggest modifications to company products, practices, and marketing strategies to leverage current competitive conditions.
• Timely submit all written and electronically transmitted sales reports and forecasts.
• Understand and convey basic installation procedures as per the Concrete Masonry Hardscape Association (CMHA).
• Address customer complaints in accordance with company policy.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• A minimum of 3 years of direct sales experience is required; experience in pull-through building product sales is preferred.
• Demonstrated success in increasing sales by developing new business opportunities.
• Exceptional interpersonal and written/oral communication abilities, with a knack for coordinating activities and achieving initiatives.
• Capability to build and maintain successful client relationships.
• Highly motivated and results-oriented.
• Strong time management and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in the MS Office suite, including Teams and Outlook 365.
• Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM systems.
• Opportunity to be away from home for multiple nights each week.
• Insurability and a valid US state driver’s license are required.
