This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Propel revenue growth through the sale of IoT-enabled water management solutions, encompassing both hardware and SaaS products.
• Formulate and implement a territory growth strategy aimed at generating a robust pipeline, acquiring customers, and expanding revenue.
• Identify, assess, and progress opportunities with commercial real estate stakeholders, including owners, operators, developers, property managers, and engineering firms.
• Conduct customer discovery sessions to gain insights into business challenges and align Nexa solutions with customer requirements.
• Present engaging product demonstrations, presentations, and proposals that effectively convey business value and return on investment.
• Foster strong relationships with key industry players, such as channel partners, consultants, contractors, and current customers.
• Collaborate with Solutions Engineering, Project Management, and Sales leadership to facilitate solution design, project scoping, and successful customer implementations.
• Oversee and maintain precise pipeline, customer activity, and forecasting information within CRM systems.
• Ensure a top-tier customer experience from initial engagement through to deployment and post-sale transition.
• A bachelor’s degree is mandatory.
• 1–3 years of experience in B2B sales is required.
• Experience in selling to the commercial real estate sector (office, multifamily, hospitality, or similar industries) is essential.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, both virtually and in person.
• Demonstrated ability to create opportunities, manage a sales pipeline, and advance deals effectively.
• Capability to build relationships across various stakeholder levels, from facility teams to executive management.
• Knowledge of and compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
