πŸ“‹ Description

β€’ Overseeing a designated territory and optimizing revenue for Thales products.

β€’ Identifying and cultivating new opportunities within the assigned region while producing precise and realistic sales forecasts.

β€’ Achieving consistent revenue performance and growth while strategically exploring the market for significant revenue opportunities.

β€’ Crafting and delivering accurate, technically sound sales presentations to prospective clients.

β€’ Managing all facets of the sales cycle, including prospecting, fostering customer relationships at all levels, and executing account plans.

β€’ Meeting established objectives to reach revenue and growth goals.

β€’ Collaborating with sales support personnel, as well as pre- and post-sales teams, to enhance customer relationships, forecast and monitor territory opportunities, and finalize deals.


⛳️ Requirements

β€’ Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

β€’ A minimum of 3 years of Sales experience in the IT industry, including, but not limited to, inside sales.

β€’ Previous experience in selling software products and/or subscription services directly to F2000 accounts.

β€’ Proficient in managing all stages of the sales cycle, including prospecting, nurturing customer relationships at all levels, and executing account plans.

β€’ Familiarity with multi-element revenue models that encompass both one-time and recurring revenue streams, potentially involving multiple products.

β€’ Skilled in closing complex deals from identifying sales opportunities to finalizing contracts.

β€’ Capable of upselling existing clients while proactively identifying and acquiring new customers.

β€’ Comfortable participating actively (though not necessarily leading) in highly technical discussions.

β€’ Candidates must possess legal authorization to work in the United States for any employer at the time of hire. This position does not qualify for visa sponsorship or for assuming sponsorship of an employment visa now or in the future.
