This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Meet annual sales objectives, encompassing growth and essential targets, while effectively managing costs, receivables, and expenditures in accordance with the plan.
• Cultivate an understanding of customer requirements, regional market trends, and PPG business strategies.
• Drive sales of PPG Refinish products, including paint systems and associated materials, through distribution channels.
• Oversee and enhance distributor relationships, focusing on sales performance, training, and account management.
• Offer expertise in collision center and fleet operations, facilitating enhancements in profitability, cycle time, and operational efficiency.
• Leverage data and analytics to inform decision-making and elevate customer outcomes.
• Collaborate with various teams to maximize market opportunities and ensure a consistent customer experience.
• A bachelor's degree in business or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Over 5 years of proven sales experience with a strong record in consultative selling.
• Experience in the automotive refinish or related industry.
• Willingness to travel within the designated territory, with approximately 25% overnight travel.
• Strong ability to communicate product benefits tailored to each prospect.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic CRM tools.
