This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Maryland, +2 more states.
• Oversee market development sales initiatives within the designated region
• Create a sales pipeline aimed at achieving or surpassing Territory revenue goals
• Organize and conduct product demonstrations
• Manage and expand accounts, including those in industrial sectors, research institutions, hospitals, and universities
• Establish and nurture relationships with clients
• Execute product installations and deliver user training
• Collaborate and connect with internal colleagues to exchange information and share best practices
• Bachelor of Science or higher degree in Life Sciences
• 2 to 5 years of experience in capital scientific equipment sales
• Proven track record of selling to hospitals, pharmaceutical companies, and biotech firms
• Familiarity with NGS and Oncology markets
• Comprehensive understanding of molecular biology; experience in proteomics is a plus
• Strong critical thinking abilities, along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
