This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey, +3 more states.
• Conduct at least 15 in-person calls weekly.
• Deliver professional presentations or demonstrations of the company's products or services while on-site.
• Engage with all target accounts and cultivate incremental growth with existing customers.
• Identify and pursue new accounts to enhance business development.
• Drive growth across all categories of our product catalog.
• Acquire a thorough understanding of the industry and our offerings to effectively communicate our unique selling propositions and address objections.
• Collaborate in joint meetings with distributor representatives to identify new market opportunities and communicate current brand strategies.
• Participate in occasional "ride alongs" with distributor representatives to strengthen distributor relationships and create new business opportunities.
• Build and maintain a network of referrals, industry connections, and professional organizations to generate new revenue growth opportunities.
• Ensure accurate and timely CRM reporting, fully utilizing the system.
• Provide frontline assessments of industry conditions and report findings to Sales Management.
• Supervise in-store demonstrations and events.
• Manage promotional activities to enhance brand visibility and reinforce partnerships with local retailers.
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive knowledge base of competitors' products, marketing strategies, and pricing.
• Oversee personnel and budget management within the assigned territory.
• Work during evenings and weekends as required by Management.
• Complete additional tasks as assigned by the Regional Manager.
• A university or college degree in Sales, Marketing, Business – or – 3 years of relevant experience in Sales, Marketing, or Business Management.
• Proven ability to convert potential buyers and close sales while meeting sales targets.
• CRM experience is advantageous.
• Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor.
• Strong skills in problem-solving and conflict resolution.
• Excellent listening abilities.
• Outstanding verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Highly organized with strong overall communication capabilities.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and organized in work habits.
• High degree of integrity and work ethic.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating in a team-oriented environment.
• Capability to perform basic calculations and mathematical functions.
• Demonstrated proficiency in MS Office Suite and other computer applications.
• Must hold a valid driver’s license and successfully pass a criminal background check.
• Attend and actively participate in KLN-mandated functions and meetings.
• Safeguard and monitor confidential company information.
• Ability to work in a general office setting and at trade shows.
