This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Louisiana.
• Achieve sales and gross profit targets through the implementation of the Market Plan.
• Develop an account strategy for the Top 10 Target Contractor accounts within the designated territory.
• Ensure account plans involve business owners or key executives to engage at the highest levels.
• Oversee project pipeline in SFDC to maintain clear visibility and accurate information for sales forecasting.
• Collaborate closely with the National Accounts Team to leverage national account relationships, ensuring local alignment and execution of corporate initiatives.
• Utilize SFDC effectively as a business management tool.
• Keep accounts updated, log regular face-to-face meetings with target accounts, and report on account development progress.
• Provide training to enhance awareness of Uponor’s value proposition.
• Identify opportunities to support the business's success through proactive participation in team initiatives.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
• 5-7 years of relevant sales experience.
• Familiarity with major account selling and the construction market.
• Experience in wholesale distribution and knowledge of the independent manufacturer representative model is preferred.
• Outstanding communication, planning, and presentation abilities.
• Experience in the PHCP industry is preferred.
• Willingness to travel regionally up to 50% of the time monthly.
