This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Louisiana, +2 more states.
• Overseeing and expanding key accounts personally
• Mentoring, guiding, and nurturing Account Managers assigned to the area
• Recognizing growth potential both within and outside the fire protection sector
• Establishing and enhancing long-term relationships with high-value clients
• Formulating and presenting strategic growth initiatives to key accounts
• Leading, mentoring, and developing Account Managers in the designated territory
• Assisting in the onboarding and continuous development of sales team members
• Holding oneself and the team accountable for meeting established internal and external KPIs
• Monitoring, reporting, and managing performance through CRM tools
• Acting as an internal subject-matter expert for the Southwest region
• Exceptional leadership and coaching capabilities
• High emotional intelligence (EQ) and excellent interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational, prioritization, and decision-making abilities
• Self-driven with a proven history of achieving results
• Familiarity with CRM reporting and tracking sales performance
• Experience in presentations (Preferred)
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint (Preferred)
• Over 3 years of relevant sales leadership experience (Preferred)
