This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Dakota.

📋 Description

• Account Development: Enhance and nurture existing accounts while creating new ones to promote sales growth.

• Sales Forecasting: Deliver precise sales forecasts and perform competitive analysis to guide strategic decision-making.

• Market Analysis: Examine market segments to uncover opportunities for growth and advancement.

• Sales Planning: Methodically plan daily activities using CRM and a structured call frequency system to maximize sales opportunities.

• Customer Engagement: Organize sales promotions, educational sessions, and lead generation activities to build robust customer relationships. Tailor sales presentations aimed at boosting clients' annual sales.

• Price Management: Suggest pricing adjustments within defined guidelines based on market trends and competitive assessments.

• Problem Resolution: Respond to customer complaints swiftly, investigate concerns, and propose solutions to guarantee customer satisfaction.

• Sales Administration: Keep comprehensive sales records, including customer profiles and territory/account sales documentation.


⛳️ Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent is mandatory; a Bachelor’s degree is preferred.

• A minimum of 3 years of demonstrated direct sales experience, ideally in the building products sector.

• Experience selling windows and doors is preferred.

• In-depth knowledge of the building products industry along with sales management experience in dealer, distribution, and/or two-step channel segments.

• Skilled in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

• Willingness to travel 90% of the time with overnight stays.
