This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.
• Direct and oversee sales initiatives in the designated region to meet revenue and performance goals.
• Create and manage regional sales budgets while supporting territory representatives in developing and implementing their individual strategies.
• Seek out and target new business opportunities that align with the company's strategic growth goals.
• Mentor, train, and develop external sales representatives to boost performance and foster professional development.
• Address customer inquiries and sales opportunities that arise from regional offices, mills, and inside sales teams.
• Establish and nurture strong relationships with key clients and distribution partners.
• Collaborate with inside sales to ensure accurate product pricing, availability, and manufacturing timelines.
• Recognize and escalate large-scale or strategic opportunities to the National Accounts Sales Manager.
• Collaborate closely with operations, sales leadership, and customer service teams to ensure seamless execution and customer satisfaction.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, sales, marketing, or a related discipline (preferred).
• Over 3 years of sales management experience, preferably in the manufacturing or building materials sector.
• More than 3 years of experience within distribution sales channels.
