Territory Sales Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Oversee and grow the company's current customer base across all product lines to meet growth targets.

• Establish and nurture strong relationships with both new and existing clients.

• Investigate and resolve quality and customer service concerns while identifying effective solutions.

• Maintain a strong prospect pipeline, prepare proposals, submit quotes, create call reports, and deliver sales presentations, as well as sample and demonstrate products.

• Source raw materials, such as empty containers, in addition to handling sales activities.

• Identify efficient shipping methods for fulfilling orders.

• Enthusiastically convey our brand identity and execute company initiatives.


⛳️ Requirements

• At least five years of experience in B2B industrial sales or distribution sales, ideally with a focus on industrial-oriented UN packaging.

• A bachelor's degree is preferred, although candidates with relevant industry experience may be considered in place of a degree.

• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, along with effective listening abilities.

• A strong sales-driven mentality with a desire to achieve success.

• Proficient in prospecting and qualifying accounts.

• Demonstrated capability to develop and execute sales strategies.

• Ability to gain a comprehensive understanding of financial and business plans.

• Capacity to collaborate in a team environment with senior management as well as plant-level personnel.

• Comfort in office, factory, and warehouse settings.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel (experience with pivot tables is a plus), and PowerPoint.

• Ability to thrive in a high-pressure environment with strong problem-solving, prioritization, and quick reaction skills.

• Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.

• Experience with SalesForce.com or a similar CRM tool.

• Willingness to travel 15 - 20% of the time.

• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.
