
Territory Sales Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +5 more states.
• Create and implement a territory strategy that aligns with revenue growth objectives
• Identify and secure new clients within the food and beverage industry
• Develop and maintain a qualified sales pipeline to achieve quota goals
• Manage the entire sales process from initial discovery to closing
• Transform initial customer successes into repeat business and multi-product sales
• Maintain ownership of customer relationships and foster long-term revenue growth
• Collaborate with R&D to convert technical solutions into value for customers
• Work in conjunction with marketing, operations, and customer service teams
• Acquire knowledge and apply concepts related to products and formulations (e.g., Brix, acids, processing)
• Convey technical insights in a clear manner to non-technical clients
• Cover geographic territory across the Western U.S. (CA, UT, NV, OR, WA, ID)
• 1–4 years of experience in B2B sales or a related field
• Proven ability in prospecting and generating a robust sales pipeline
• Excellent communication and relationship-building capabilities
• High degree of coachability, resilience, and self-motivation
• Relevant experience in food, beverage, CPG, ingredients, or technical sales is preferred
• Familiarity with long-cycle or consultative sales environments is preferred
