This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Wisconsin.
• Building long-lasting customer relationships and contributing significantly to the organization's overall success and revenue growth.
• Driving sustainable and profitable expansion by enhancing the penetration and profitability of both new and existing accounts within the designated geographic area.
• Prioritizing value-based selling as a critical aspect of the role, as AirLife specializes in selling clinically distinct products to members of GPOs, large hospital systems/IDNs, and Surgery Centers.
• Approaching each client with a comprehensive account management mindset, utilizing resources effectively, collaborating with business partners, and clearly communicating the value proposition to the customer.
• Ensuring that local contracts and Peoplesoft/internal part numbers are accurately entered into the system.
• Demonstrating proficiency in planning, prioritizing, monitoring, and tracking all sales cycle activities while showcasing the clinical advantages of our products to individuals and committees.
• Offering product introductions, education, and training to customers when necessary.
• Keeping current with all training requirements including Corporate SOPs, Work Instructions, product training, and corporate credentialing.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent, accompanied by 5 years of relevant medical sales experience.
• At least four years of successful related sales experience in selling medical products within a hospital or alternate care setting.
• Capability to sell by leveraging clinical knowledge to distinguish AirLife products.
• Proven history of achieving and surpassing sales goals through disciplined, value-based selling techniques.
• Experience engaging with multi-departmental functional leaders in a hospital, surgery center, or at the IDN level.
• Proficiency in presenting to both individuals and committees.
• Familiarity with the Group Purchasing Organization (GPO) and Integrated Delivery Network (IDN) landscape.
• Demonstrated business acumen along with a solid understanding of sales processes, complemented by strong decision-making and negotiation skills.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory, with travel expectations of up to 60%.
