This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Develop and enhance the customer base by effectively showcasing products, services, and technical solutions customized to meet customer needs.
• Manage and optimize territory performance to maximize revenue potential, driving new business through networking, referrals, and proactive business development efforts.
• Deliver engaging sales presentations and product demonstrations to customers and end users.
• Collaborate across various functions with internal teams to address customer challenges and provide effective, timely solutions.
• Partner with management to identify and leverage sales opportunities, contributing to strategic planning and maintaining market competitiveness.
• Monitor and relay competitive market intelligence to relevant internal stakeholders.
• Implement territory sales strategies to consistently meet monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue goals.
• Enhance customer retention by proactively managing relationships and addressing competitive pressures.
• Build and sustain strong relationships with key decision-makers while delivering outstanding customer service.
• Meet sales and retention targets across all product lines and manage distribution channels as necessary.
• Work closely with internal departments to address and resolve customer concerns, ensuring a positive customer experience.
• Assist in the development of sales budgets and maintain accountability for achieving set financial targets.
• Keep accurate and current sales reports, forecasts, and customer records.
• Represent the organization at trade shows and industry events to promote products and enhance brand awareness.
• A diploma or certificate from a recognized post-secondary institution is required.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Agriculture, or a related field is considered an asset.
• A minimum of five years of outside sales or customer-facing experience, preferably in the agriculture sector.
• Strong technical knowledge of grain storage and handling products is highly preferred.
• Proven ability and willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory (approximately 60–70%).
• A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record is mandatory.
