This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Louisiana.
• Tasked with identifying and acquiring new clients for our Payroll/HCM services.
• Maintain detailed records of existing and prospective clients in accordance with company policies, including call notes, scheduled interactions, contact details, and other pertinent information within the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, currently using Atlas.
• Accountable for meeting minimum production goals, which includes arranging first-time appointments to achieve a WIN.
• Continuously enhance and expand knowledge of the current product/service offerings as well as industry developments in the financial technology sector to stay informed.
• Participate in weekly team meetings and hold one-on-one sessions with leadership on a weekly basis.
• Responsible for training and mentoring Senior Product Advisors (SPAs) under their supervision.
• Provide updates on progress to the reporting PDM.
• Additional duties may be assigned as required.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Possess a valid Driver’s License along with valid automobile insurance.
• Successful completion of a pre-employment background check is required.
• Must reside in the vicinity of the job posting location.
• Minimum of two years of relevant experience is necessary.
• Exceptional skills in prospecting, communication, presentation, and networking.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Motivated sales “hunter” driven by incentives.
• Professional demeanor and outstanding integrity are essential.
• High sense of urgency and inherent sales abilities are crucial.
• Enjoys cold-calling and engaging with individuals face-to-face.
• Responsible for delivering measurable, high-quality, and timely results.
• Willingness to spend 50% of work time in the field.
• High school diploma or GED is preferred.
• A minimum of 6 years of relevant experience is preferred.
• At least 1-2 years of supervisory experience is preferred.
