Territory Sales Manager, Advanced Surgery

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Washington.

📋 Description

• Meeting sales targets through the direct marketing of all products and services.

• Enhancing awareness and providing education to physicians regarding the proper use of products in surgical settings.

• Engaging with potential customers by offering technical support and administrative product information, including demonstrations.

• Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers to earn their trust and respect.

• Evaluating and tracking sales performance against projected forecasts.

• Collaborating with hospital administration and supply chain teams.

• Offering insights for the development of marketing programs and revisions to the product line.

• Operating independently to meet set objectives while ensuring proactive communication with management.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience OR over 8 years of experience in operating room sales.

• High School diploma is mandatory.

• The ideal candidate must possess demonstrated experience in hospital-based sales within the operating room.

• Experience managing a large territory is essential.

• Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities.

• Strong analytical and interpersonal skills.

• Willingness to travel at least 50%, which may include trips to remote or urban locations.

• Familiarity with the assigned territory is highly preferred.

• A valid driver's license is required.
