This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.
• Implement the strategy laid out by the Strategic Account Executive throughout designated regional branches.
• Foster and sustain robust relationships with local and regional distributors within the assigned territory.
• Collaborate closely with Enterprise Account Teams to guarantee effective coverage of enterprise and large (Bracket I) accounts, such as OEM centers.
• Provide support and engage with approximately 5 key wholesalers (HQ level) and their ~90 regional branches through training and activation initiatives.
• Deliver product training and technical assistance across distributor branches and contractor networks.
• Work directly with contractors as vital influencers in the sales process, ensuring they are well-prepared to specify and advocate for solutions.
• Execute channel strategies to stimulate revenue growth and enhance market share via distribution partners.
• Negotiate and oversee local agreements, pricing structures, and performance metrics with distributors.
• Conduct regular business reviews with partners to monitor performance and pinpoint growth opportunities.
• Ensure complete alignment and communication among stakeholders across the value chain (HQ, branches, contractors).
• Promote the entire portfolio, including compressors, controls, and electronics, as part of a comprehensive 360° service offering.
• Travel extensively within the assigned region.
• A technical degree or apprenticeship in refrigeration engineering (mandatory: Mechatronics technician in refrigeration — Mechatroniker für Kältetechnik — or equivalent).
• At least 5 years of experience in a technical sales, application engineering, or channel sales position.
• Strong technical grasp of HVAC/R systems, encompassing compressors, controls, and electronics.
• Demonstrated experience collaborating with distributors, wholesalers, and contractor networks.
• Exceptional interpersonal and stakeholder management abilities.
• Capacity to work independently while effectively collaborating within a matrix organization.
• Native-level proficiency in French.
• Strong expertise in Salesforce or similar CRM systems.
• High willingness to travel across Southern Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.
