This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Denmark.
• Implement the strategy established by the Strategic Account Executive across designated regional branches and customer locations throughout Denmark.
• Build and nurture robust relationships with both local and national distributors within the designated territory.
• Collaborate closely with Enterprise Account Teams to ensure comprehensive coverage of enterprise and large accounts, including OEM centers.
• Support and engage with key wholesale partners and their branch networks through training, activation, and business development initiatives.
• Provide product training and technical support to distributor branches and contractor networks.
• Work directly with contractors as key influencers in the sales process, ensuring they are equipped to specify and promote solutions effectively.
• Execute channel strategies aimed at driving revenue growth and expanding market share via distribution partners.
• Negotiate and oversee local agreements, pricing structures, and performance metrics with distributors.
• Conduct regular business reviews with partners to monitor performance and pinpoint growth opportunities.
• Ensure complete alignment and communication among stakeholders across the value chain, including headquarters, distributors, branches, and contractors.
• Promote the entire portfolio, including compression, controls, and electronics, as part of a comprehensive solutions offering.
• Travel extensively throughout Denmark to support customers, distributors, and contractors.
• Technical degree, vocational qualification, or apprenticeship in refrigeration engineering, HVAC/R, or a related technical field.
• A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a technical sales, application engineering, or channel sales position.
• Strong technical knowledge of HVAC/R systems, including compressors, controls, and electronics.
• Demonstrated experience working with distributors, wholesalers, and contractor networks.
• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Capability to work independently while effectively collaborating within a matrix organization.
• Native-level proficiency in the Danish language.
• Professional fluency in English.
• Strong proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM systems.
• High willingness to travel across Denmark.
