β€’ Prioritize customer satisfaction by fostering teamwork and empowerment, addressing challenges through a consultative mindset, and maintaining honesty and integrity.

β€’ Position yourself as the primary expert for your clients by combining technical knowledge, business insight, and a thoughtful approach to customer engagement.

β€’ Build and nurture relationships for new business and existing accounts to enhance profitability and drive sales growth for both Benjamin Moore and our partners.

β€’ Lead, coordinate, and finalize opportunities with key partners, delivering transformative business results.

β€’ Utilize professional solution-based selling techniques to address customer needs while making use of provided sales tools.

β€’ Identify and qualify new business in alignment with the Company's account stratification objectives.

β€’ Investigate customer business requirements and create a tailored mix of products and services to fulfill those needs.


⛳️ Requirements

β€’ A minimum of 1 year of field sales experience is preferred, along with a college degree (previous experience in the paint industry is not necessary).

β€’ Strong communication, listening, and public speaking abilities.

β€’ High levels of self-discipline and organization, with effective time management skills; meeting deadlines is crucial.

β€’ A natural sense of accountability, with self-motivation and comfort in working autonomously.

β€’ Outstanding interpersonal skills; confident, enthusiastic, and friendly in demeanor.

β€’ Capability to drive results and meet performance expectations.

β€’ Proficient in Microsoft Office, with CRM experience considered a plus.

β€’ A valid driver's license and a clean driving record are essential.
