Territory Manager, WM Healthcare Services

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Oversees all facets of a service area within a designated line of business (LOB).

• Responsible for fostering and maintaining a safety-oriented culture across all assigned customer locations.

• Manages customer service challenges effectively and aids in recognizing potential enhancements to contracts/services through consistent engagement with customers, operational teams, and vendors.

• Oversees the financial and operational performance of designated customer locations to ensure that profitability and operational objectives are met.

• Accountable for the development, execution, and employee compliance with environmental health and safety procedures and ISO program activities.

• Captures best practices and lessons learned, implementing them at customer sites.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree (accredited) in Environmental Sciences, Accounting, Business, or a related field, or a High School Diploma/GED (accredited) accompanied by 4 years of pertinent work experience.

• A minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in project/business roles within the environmental or industrial services sector (in addition to educational qualifications).

• Experience with RCRA and DOT regulatory compliance.

• OSHA 24-Hour HAZWOPER Certification.
