• Present and promote Merit products to both new and existing clients.
• Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction with the products.
• Create tailored drawings for clients requiring custom kits or manifolds.
• Submit pricing contracts for products to clients.
• Identify opportunities to enhance sales volume and profitability.
• Address issues related to manufacturing or delivery with clients.
• Take part in sales training and strategic planning meetings.
• Maintain a comprehensive understanding of Merit and competitor products.
• Establish and meet personal performance goals regarding sales volume.
• Education and experience equivalent to a relevant Bachelor's Degree.
• At least five years of direct sales experience, ideally in the medical products sector.
• Ability to communicate effectively and understand the needs of others in a sales context.
• Strong personal motivation and determination to achieve both personal and professional objectives.
• Exceptional oral presentation skills.
• Capability to learn medical equipment usage and identify potential improvements in its application.
• Ability to collaborate effectively as part of a team.
• Proficiency in business mathematics to calculate percentages and prepare financial and sales data.
• High level of personal organizational skills.
• Fluency in both German and English.
