Territory Manager, South

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Formulate and implement an effective commercial strategy for Southern Germany.

• Identify key accounts, develop a strong sales pipeline, and take complete responsibility for business outcomes in your region.

• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with interventional cardiologists, heart failure teams, and hospital administrators.

• Participate in the cath lab, collaborating closely with your Clinical Consultant counterpart to ensure successful case outcomes.

• Consistently strive to meet and exceed your sales objectives while adhering to ethical sales practices.

• Work collaboratively on a daily basis with your regional Clinical Consultant and the Strategic Marketing Manager.

⛳️ Requirements

• A proven history of success in a field-based sales position within the medical device sector.

• Experience in cardiovascular, structural heart, or interventional cardiology is strongly preferred.

• Demonstrated capability to develop and manage a sales territory, including strategic planning and forecasting.

• Strong negotiation skills with a recorded history of achieving and surpassing sales goals.

• Must reside in the designated territory (Southern Germany) or be willing to relocate.

• Native-level proficiency in German and professional English skills are mandatory.

• Willingness to travel extensively within the territory (approximately 75%).
